Place ceramic pieces on stable surfaces and avoid knocks against hard edges. Check each piece before use and stop using it if it is cracked or damaged.

Follow the instructions supplied with your item. When in doubt, clean gently with mild detergent and a soft cloth, then dry before storing. Avoid abrasive pads.

Temperature and appliances

Avoid sudden changes in temperature. Do not assume a piece is suitable for an oven, microwave or dishwasher. Ask us to confirm compatibility for your exact item before use.

Storing your set

Keep pieces dry and stable. A soft separator can help protect rims when stacking. Lift rather than drag pieces across a surface.
